Privacy

There is no sign-in, no tracking, no advertising and no third-party analytics or advertising code in the app. I have no way of seeing your clients, your rates, your invoices or your payment details, because none of it is ever sent to me.

Singil does not open network connections to send your data anywhere. It works the same in airplane mode.

Your details. The name, email, address, logo and payment details you type into Settings, so they can be printed on your invoices.

Your clients. Each client's name, email, address, rate, currency, schedule and payment terms.

Your invoices. Every invoice you create, with its line items, dates, totals and status. Each invoice keeps its own copy of these details, so editing a client later never changes an invoice you already sent.

All of this is kept in a database in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. It is protected by your phone's own encryption while the phone is locked. Singil does not add a separate layer of encryption on top, and it does not claim to.

If you add a logo, Singil opens the system photo picker. You choose one image; Singil copies that image into its own storage so it can print it on your invoices. It cannot see the rest of your library.

Adding a logo is optional. Singil never asks for your camera, contacts, location or microphone.

Tapping Create & Share or Share PDF makes the PDF on your phone and hands it to the system share sheet. Where it goes next is up to you: Mail, Messages, a chat app, Files, a printer.

Once the PDF leaves through the share sheet, it is covered by the app or service you sent it with, not by this policy. The PDF contains exactly what you see on the invoice, including any payment details you added.

Singil's data is included in your phone's own backup if you have it turned on: iCloud Backup on iPhone, or Google's device backup on Android. That backup travels through your Apple or Google account and never through me.

Buying Singil is a transaction between you and the App Store or Google Play. They handle the payment and give me sales figures in aggregate, such as how many copies were sold and in which countries. I never receive your name, email or card details. Their handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

If you have crash sharing turned on in your phone's settings, Apple or Google may send me anonymous crash reports. They contain no part of your invoices. That is a setting on your phone, not something Singil turns on.

Because there is no server, there is nothing to request from me. Your data is on your phone:

• To see it, open the app.
• To take it elsewhere, share any invoice as a PDF.
• To correct it, edit your details in Settings, or hold a client on the home screen and choose Edit Client.
• To delete it, delete an invoice or a client in the app, or delete the app to remove everything.

I cannot recover, delete or look at your data, because I never have it.

Singil is a tool for making invoices. It collects no personal information from anyone of any age and has no ads, messaging or public content.

If a future version of Singil ever needs to send anything anywhere, it will ask you in the app, it will be described on this page, and it will be declared in the store's privacy label before that version ships. The date at the top says when this page was last revised.
